Exchanges & Returns Policy

At Corelief, we want your shopping experience to be safe and satisfactory. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear returns and exchanges policy, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

1. Timeframe for Returns or Exchanges

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days after the product has been received.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us via email or contact form, stating their intention to return or exchange the item.

2. Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for health and wellness products that have been opened, used, or had their packaging tampered with (e.g., personal massagers, ergonomic pillows, or items that come into direct contact with the skin).

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us via email or contact form.

Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired product.

Shipping costs for exchanges due to personal preference are the customer’s responsibility. If the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect item, shipping costs will be covered by Corelief.

4. Refunds

Once the return has been approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the product has been collected and inspected.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the return is due to a fault or error by the store, all shipping costs will be refunded.
